Delivery Information 

Deliveries are sent out by Royal Mail Delivery and Courier Delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.  We will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch.

UK Delivery & Priority Processing

For priority processing and delivery on your ordered items OR for orders placed late in the day and you need delivery as soon as possible we offer this option at checkout to ensure your order is processed and despatched via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded delivery on the same day. Please note our last postal collection is 3pm. Please not we do not have post collections on Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed after 3pm Friday will be posted in our next available collection on Monday.

Order Status

You can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on 'Orders' if you have created and account on registering. This also enables you to checkout quicker on future purchases. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:
Processing - Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment
Complete - The payment for your order has been received and your order is being packed
Dispatched - Your order has been dispatched and should be with you within the next two working days
Cancelled - Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.

Damaged & Missing Orders

We pack all orders in board backed envelopes to ensure your items are protected during shipping. In the unfortunate event your order is received damaged please contact us. When contacting us to report damaged or missing items please include your invoice number and PayPal transaction ID.

  • You must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your order for items recieved damaged.
  • You must notify us within 30 calendar days of date or order if your items have not been received.
